Using AppDesk
By creating a workspace or signing in, you agree to these terms. If you use AppDesk for a business, you confirm you can accept them on its behalf.
Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite, for keeping sign-in details safe, and for the information your team adds to your workspace.
Plans and billing
AppDesk is billed monthly: a base fee plus a fee for each app you switch on. Changes to your apps are prorated. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never store your card number.
Late or failed payments
If a payment fails, we notify your admins. If the account stays unpaid for 30 days, access may be paused until the balance is paid.
Your data
Your information stays yours. You can export it at any time. After a workspace is archived, we may delete it following a waiting period.
Acceptable use
Do not use AppDesk to break the law, send spam, or harm others or the service.
